**Warranty Conditions**
1. Quality problems caused during transportation (such as damaged/lost parts, frame scratched, moving parts inflexible, etc.)
2. In normal use, the products breaks down.
3. The warranty period of the whole products (including parts) is within one year from the date of buyer received the goods.
**Warranty Methods**
1. The parts are damaged and the seller sends new parts to the buyer.
If the vulnerable parts are damaged due to extrusion or collision caused by transportation, the seller will be responsible for sending new parts to the buyer . They will be shipped by sea in next purchase container.
2. If the products is damaged/defective, The seller is responsible for sending new one to buyer. They will be shipped by sea in next purchase container.
**Notes the following conditions are not covered by the warranty**
1. Damage caused by improper installation or use or caused by self-disassembly.
2. Damage caused by exceeding the normal range of use (such as used to carry items, climb stairs, violence use, etc.)
3. Damage caused by self-modification of the products.
